About Me

I build organizations that perform.

Throughout my career, I've been drawn to the same challenge: turning ambitious goals into organizations capable of achieving them.

My path has taken me from the classroom to leading a 100-person organization, building a company of my own, coaching executives, and serving as COO of a national e-commerce business. Across those experiences, I've focused on building stronger teams, better systems, clearer accountability, and organizations that execute.

Today, I bring that experience to founders, executives, and leadership teams navigating growth, change, and organizational complexity.

HOW I LEAD

CLARITY

People perform better when they know what matters, what success looks like, and what they own.

SYSTEMS

Great organizations don’t depend on heroics. Build systems that make strong execution repeatable.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Set high expectations. Give people the support, feedback, and ownership they need to meet them.

EXECUTION

Strategy only matters when it becomes action. Turn priorities into ownership, measurement, and results.

My Background

UPBRINGING

I was born and raised in Cliffside Park, New Jersey, the son of immigrants from El Salvador. My parents came to the United States determined to build a better future for their family. Their example shaped how I think about opportunity, hard work, resilience, and what we’re capable of building for the people who come after us.

EARLY CAREER

I began my career as an 8th-grade science teacher through Teach For America. The classroom eventually led me into school and organizational leadership, where I discovered that many of the same principles apply at every level: set clear expectations, develop people, use data intelligently, build strong systems, and create an environment where people can do their best work.

BEYOND WORK

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, traveling, and staying active. I’ve run multiple half marathons and full marathons and remain endlessly curious about business, leadership, technology, and why organizations and people behave the way they do.
