About Oscar Romano
Founder & Principal
Oscar is an executive operator, organizational strategist, and leadership advisor with 15+ years of experience building teams, developing leaders, and improving organizational performance. Most recently, he served as COO of a national e-commerce company, overseeing nearly every major business function and leading organizational transformation, strategy, and execution.
Previously, Oscar led a 100-person organization and held progressively senior leadership roles focused on performance, talent, and organizational development. He holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. from Harvard University.
